GAUGE: 5sts X 6 rows = 1” squared

ABBREVIATIONS:

K – knit

P – purl

Notes:

If you need to make the body panels longer or shorter, make less rows or more rows depending on your needs. If you need to make the arms longer or shorter, make less rows or more rows depending on your needs.

When seaming you will want to start with the shoulders. Be sure to leave a 9” – 11” head hole. For the sleeves, make sure your sleeve panels are centered with the shoulder seam. Once all 4 pieces are attached to one another, you will fold your sweater together and seam from the sleeve cuff down to the waist. Essentially sewing your sides closed.

Always be sure to block your pieces. Before blocking the piece will definitely appear to be too small. However if you have your gauge right, once blocked your piece should be a perfect fit!

Pin it for later!

On the pink lemonade sweater, how do you get the ribbed pattern, since the second row has you knit the a purls & purl the knits? Row1 ends with purl 2 & row 2 begins with purl 3. Is this an error?
