Hey everyone! Are you ready for an easy pattern and video for learning how to make this crochet cable pillow?

I recently had the privilege of designing a throw pillow for an Instagram Home Decor influencer. She was an absolute joy to work with and I love the outcome of our collab together.

This pillow was created for her back patio she was redoing. She loves texture and wanted something simple, yet eye-catching. Together we came up with a centered crochet cable braid front accompanied by an envelope styled close in the back. I adore the outcome!

Bernat MAKER Home Decor Yarn

Because she was going to be using these pillows outside, I decided to use the Bernat MAKER Home Decor yarn. It is extremely soft and has great lay to the design. I also like how it’s not as heavy as some t-shirt yarns. It’s very lightweight and perfect for throw pillows in an outdoor space.

Below you will find the pattern, a link to the ad-FREE PDF on Ravelry and a video tutorial!

I hope you enjoy making the Jessica Pillow, which I named after the home decor guru, and be sure to share your photos on social media by tagging me @yarnhookneedles

+BUY NOW the PDF for $2.99 on Ravelry.

The pdf will be easy to file with your other patterns and a great resource to refer back to again and again!

+MATERIALS

8MM crochet hook

2 skeins of Bernat MAKER Home Decor Yarn in your desired color

Tapestry Needle

Scissors

20″ X 20″ pillow form insert

+PATTERN NOTES

This is an intermediate level crochet pattern. If you have never worked crochet cables before, I highly recommend watching through the video to understand how they are formed. I believe anyone can do crochet cables even if you’re a beginner! Just be patient with yourself.

***all patterns are written in US crochet terms.

Row 1 – In the 2nd CH from the hook place a HDC (half double crochet). Continue all the way across with HDCs. CH 2. Turn.

Row 2 – (CH 2 counts as a HDC) HDC into the next 17 stitches. ***starting the cable*** You will place a FPDC (front post double crochet) into the next 12 stitches. In the next 18 stitches, you will place a HDC. CH 2. Turn.

Row 3 – (CH 2 counts as a HDC) HDC into the next 17 stitches. You will place a BPDC (back post double crochet) into the next 12 stitches. In the next 18 stitches, you will place a HDC. CH 2. Turn.

Row 4 – (CH 2 counts as a HDC) HDC into the next 17 stitches. Skip the next 4 stitches. Place a FPTR (front post treble crochet) into the next 4 stitches. Working behind into the skipped stitches, you will place 4 FPTR. Work 4 FPTR into the last 4 stitches of the cable section. Continue on with HDCs in the last 18 stitches. CH 2. Turn.

Row 7 – 34: Repeat rows 3 – 6.

Row 35 – (CH 2 counts as a HDC) HDC into the next 17 stitches. You will place a BPDC (back post double crochet) into the next 12 stitches. In the next 18 stitches, you will place a HDC. CH 2. Turn.

Tie off and weave in your ends.

+ASSEMBLING

Laying right sides together, you will want to be sure you overlap the back panels evenly. Taking your tapestry needle or a crochet hook, you will start in the center of the cable and seam the pillow closed all the way around. ***refer to the video if you need a visual representation of how to do this.

Flip your cover right side out and style it in your favorite space!

I run a vape shop web directory and we have had a listing from a vape store in the United States that additionally offers for sale CBD items. A Month later on, PayPal has written to use to say that our account has been limited and have asked us to take out PayPal as a payment solution from our vape store web directory. We do not retail CBD items like CBD oil. We only provide marketing and advertising solutions to CBD firms. I have had a look at Holland & Barrett– the UK’s Top Health Merchant and if you take a close look, you will see that they sell a comparatively extensive variety of CBD items, particularly CBD oil and they also happen to accept PayPal as a settlement method. It emerges that PayPal is employing contradictory standards to many different firms. Due to this limitation, I can no longer take PayPal on my CBD-related online site. This has restricted my payment options and now, I am seriously reliant on Cryptocurrency payments and straightforward bank transfers. I have checked with a barrister from a Magic Circle law practice in London and they said that what PayPal is undertaking is completely against the law and discriminatory as it should be applying an uniform criterion to all firms. I am yet to get in touch with a different attorney from a US law office in London to see what PayPal’s legal position is in the USA. For the time being, I would be very appreciative if anybody here at targetdomain could offer me with different payment processors/merchants that deal with CBD firms.
